Lennar has no money and will not build a single home at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point. Much like Mare Is- land. Lennar – promised to build 10,000 homes on Mare Is- land and today Mare Island is on the auction block. Mayor Gavin Newsom is in bed with Lennar and it is just a mat- ter of time – when his dubious ploys will be exposed. The Mayor can sign what he deems right – but the fact of the matter is Lennar is a Rogue Company and can never be trusted.

Mayor Gavin Newsom thinks if he signs some drab document with the rogue Lennar Corporation – linked with Parcel A and the surrounding areas on Hunter Point and Candlestick Point – that all is well.

Well, Caligula will set this City and County of San Francisco on fire – and no one wants to take on this crazy mayor that cannot see beyond his nose. All the Mayor sees is that straw by his nose – and he cannot go – no further. Time for another trip to Delancy.

Lennar has defaulted on its first Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) tied to its first Limited Liability Corporation. Right now no work is going on Parcel A. Lennar has changed it name – to another LLC. Go Figure. Incorporated new partners and new dubious – ploys.

In the last weeks there have been several Notice of Violations (NOVs). Exceedances of over 16,000 Structures of Asbestos per cu- bic meter on Parcel A. No journalist cares to report about such basic and pertinent facts.

All the facts can be got from the SF Health Department and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD). Journalist do your home work. Our children and elders are poisoned.

The original Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) that is a legal document has NOT been read by many journalists and those that pretend to be in the know.

One key element that brings about a default is when the company cannot meet its deadline. Just, review the work on Parcel A – which really is two parcels – Parcel A East and Parcel A – West. No work is going on. Most time-lines in the last year – have not been met. Then read the DDA.

The companies that worked on the Project – linked to Parcel A in recent months – have not been paid. Other companies that worked on job have been sued by Lennar. More, after the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) fined Len- nar over $515,000.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has NOT said a word about the BAAQMD fining Lennar a Rogue Com- pany that has poisoned our children and elders in San Francisco.

Yet, he says he has signed a fake agreement with Lennar on the whole Shipyard and Candlestick Point.

Only Parcel A has been transferred to the City and County of San Francisco. The other parcels B, C, D, E, and F have not. Not all of Candlestick Point belongs to the City – large areas belong to other entities.

How can Mayor Gavin Newsom think he has ju- risdiction to make such agreements with Lennar – when in the first place he has no jurisdiction and secondly there has been on Environmental Impact Report? No Record of Decision of parcel that the United States Navy – occupies and operates?

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a liar. No one in their right mind will do business with Lennar. Lennar has come before the Bayview Hunters Point – Land Use sub-committee and have been challenged by the community and failed – miserably.

Lennar has come before the Land Use at City Hall and failed. Come before the Bay Area Air Qual- ity Management District and not only failed but fined – $515,000.

Lennar is indeed a Rogue Developer with blood on its hands.

The Main Press and its dubious journalists can- not do simple investigative reporting. They have not read the original DDA, the Dust Mitigation Plan, the various amendments to the first DDA.

Lennar Stock and Shares are pathetic – its current status is Junk Bonds.

All over California people are losing their homes. Millions of homes in default. Go to Tracy, Modesto, Stockton, Vallejo – need I say more and people have boarded homes in the thousands.

Few can afford a house in these trying economic times. Millions are without work.

San Francisco has the highest unemployment rate – and things are getting worse. Here our stupid Mayor is shooting arrows in the air. Trying to hoodwink the people.

People have no money and no one will want to buy a home at Hunters Point – even if it the area is cleaned up – which has NOT been cleaned. The Mayor wants to cap large areas with radiological elements and other toxic ele- ments – polluting the watershed.

The land is prone to Liquefaction and will kill thou- sands in San Francisco if the Big One strikes.

No one wants to build a home and stay in the middle of Chernobyl – which is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Perhaps, the only one – Caligula – who is Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Lennar has declared bankruptcy all over the United States. Laid off its workers. How can we trust such a Rogue Developer in San Francisco. Only Mayor Gavin Newsom does – because he is on the take. Much like the cronies that advise him.

The sell outs that joined Gavin Newsom and Diane Feinstein on Proposition G are falling by the way side. ACORN is under investigation and does not have a good track record in California and less in the Bayview Hunters Point.


The San Francisco Organizing Project is a joke and has poor organizational structure. The Union that supported Lennar are falling by the way side. When will Lennar deliver – when it does not have a dollar in its pocket?

Lennar’s Urban Plan Design does not meet the basic requirement for good planning. It has not addressed Liquefaction and less Cumulative Pollution. Make no mention of Quality of Life Issues.

Lennar recently brought in new partners. But the deal also involves some water front property in New York – which is the element the new partners are interested in – not Hunters Point Naval Shipyard and Can- dlestick Point. These companies are leveraging – equity and it is all part of – crooked Land Banking.

The Hunters Point water front property will NOT get any insurance. No one wants to fund – property that has not been cleaned up and which is a Superfund Site. Only the worse of the worst sites are put on the Superfund Site. It may be waterfront property – but it is very toxic and will adversely impact all life.

Here kicks in the Precautionary Principle that applies to this area.

Hunters Point has radiological elements. None of the Main Press and the drab journalists have the time nor the ability to comprehend the Final Historical Radiological Assessment Report. Who will clean up the Shipyard?

they do not want to build any 49er stadium on Hunters Point. Why would anyone in their right mind want to build a stadium on very toxic land – land that has caused cancer to thousands – over all these years?

Mayor Gavin Newsom does not get it! The Main Press and the SF Business Times sides with a Caligula who has lost his mind.

Recently – one Dwayne Jones wasted over $3.9 million and noth- ing has been done to him. He worked with Gavin Newsom on many of projects – connected with Lennar and the proposed developments. Provided Gavin Newsom goodies – too explicit to mention here – but, some of you will get it.

One Rhonda Simmons wasted $7 million on City Build. She proposed to create a trained work force – when she cannot train herself and is a disgrace to our City.

Now, the Mayor wants to fire Margaret Brodkin who is doing good work with and for our children in San Francisco as Director of the De- partment of Children, Youth and Families.

Plans are afoot to replace her with Dwayne Jones a thug – who are ruined the lives on many of our youth. He was last known to be work- ing as the Director of Communities of Opportunity that wasted $3.9 million. Providing the Mayor access to thousands to have forum and conferences – where all had a good time. Caligula is on a rampage – much like a Rogue Elephant.

The minimum requirement for a good Work Force Training is at least nine months. Some, fools create programs and expect within a three weeks or six weeks to enter the work force and get a job. The pres- ent economic crisis makes it even more difficult – because thousands of journey men and women workers – are without jobs and lining up for any jobs.

The Conceptual Plan that Lennar has is faulty and full of lies. A Con- ceptual Plan is just that – a dream plan – you get up – and it could be your worst nightmare. It is with Mayor Gavin Newsom as the helm of affairs.

Lennar has a new Limited Liability Corporation and no one is paying attention to this. The signs in and around Parcel A have changed. The

DDA a legal document has been amended. Helping the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development a company named CBRE.

The DDA is being amended. Suddenly without due process – Lennar wants to build 10,500 homes – first it said 10,000.

So many changes will be made by Lennar that it will be mind bog- gling – this Rogue Company does not have the ability to build one sin- gle dog house.

Lennar is into Land Banking – but even this will NOT work at Hunters Point and Candlestick Point.

The community is now in force – thousands of us a poised to bring Gavin Newsom to his knees. He has shoved so much up his nose – he has no clue what he is doing.

Recently he tried his latest ploy posting crap on youtube.com linked to his budget. His budget makes no sense – because the Mayor has no moral compass.

He has no Accountability nor Transparency. What he has going for him in abundance is hog wash. The man is a pathetic liar, slept with his best friend’s wife. Talks the talk but cannot for a moment walk the walk.

Today he will declare – that many jobs will be cut. Those that have no clout will be deprived of their jobs. Those crooks making $100,000 will be there – to rake in the millions and screw our City and County of San Francisco.

Both – at Treasure Island and Hunters Point and Candlestick Point – Mayor Gavin Newsom will fail. Do not hoodwink the public with this so called $2 billion deal – when Lennar is broke and more broken.

Just like you pathetic loser – Gavin Newsom – you are a disgrace to anything – decent.
